13 years of experience in municipal government have given her a deep understanding of the inner workings of local government and the needs of the community. In addition to her government experience, Pam has also been a successful entrepreneur, having owned her own business. This experience has taught her the importance of fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, and community engagement. As a marketing analyst, Pam has developed strong analytical skills, allowing her to effectively assess community needs and develop
targeted solutions. Pam's 8 years of retail management experience have also honed her skills in customer service, team management, and conflict resolution. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of
life and build strong relationships has been essential in her previous roles and will serve her well as Village President. I will work to finalize the annual budget before the fiscal year begins, conduct regular budget reviews, and make sure taxpayer dollars are spent efficiently to support sustainable community growth.

I am committed to fostering a strong and vibrant business district to support North Riverside's economic growth. I will establish an Economic Development Committee to collaborate with local businesses, attract new investments, retain existing businesses, and create a thriving, business-friendly environment that drives job creation and enhances our community’s prosperity.
